Such an emotional attitude might seem nostalgic to the one or the other, but we at TETRIS think and feel in a traditional way. "Our children" should be strong enough to survive several generations in this fast-moving world. For us the comparison with the life of a human being appears to be legitimate. The "location" corresponds to the environment, the "planning" to the nursery, the "building" to a good school education, the "search for tenants" to the wedding and the later everyday-life to making a living. At one time grandchildren and great-grandchildren are following who are profiting from the good fundament that has once been built. TETRIS plans and invests in terms of a family foundation and thus a consistent value preservation is more important than fast and high returns on investment.


Next to the  project development, where we develop utilization concepts for multifunctional buildings, we also supervise properties of other investors thorugh our facility management.
